Our stay was amazing! We loved the beautiful bathrooms and the spectacular breakfast spread. The complimentary upgrade made our trip extra special. Definitely coming back!

Spacious suite, comfortable bed, with a great breakfast that included fresh fruits and pastries to start the day, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions just a short walk away.

The hotel has a lovely old-fashioned charm and is perfectly located near the main square. It was a joy to discover such friendly staff who offered great suggestions for dining, although the breakfast options could use some improvement. Parking was a hassle, but overall, I enjoyed my stay.

I really enjoyed my time here, especially with how close it is to the beautiful Basilica of San Petronio and vibrant Quadrilatero market, making it a breeze to wander around and soak up the local culture. plus, the rooms were cozy and I appreciated the nice air conditioning after a day of exploring.

Had a great stay in a lovely room right in the heart of the city! Juneth was super helpful, she even helped me get food to-go in Italian. The breakfast spread was nice, too. Just a heads up though, parking was a nightmare, so best to avoid driving here if you can.

Perfect location right next to Piazza Maggiore. The hotel felt comfortable with nice air conditioning and clean facilities. My room was quiet, despite the bustling city outside. The staff was helpful, and they provided room service for breakfast, which added a nice touch. I appreciated the free city guide and the selection of tea in the room. However, the breakfast could have been better. The choices seemed a bit limited and not very fresh. The lighting in the bathroom could also be brighter for getting ready in the morning. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement.
